Basho konjac (about 2 minutes) is made at the studio in the Sarubino hot spring premises. Japanese konjac potatoes, konjac made with no additives are excellent even for sashimi!
Four types of bread are made at the handmade bread workshop in the Sarubino hot spring site. Bread making is 4 to 30 minutes, and it takes about 40 hours from baking to handing over. During the waiting time, enter the hot spring flowing from the source and wait for the baking. You can eat it fresh or take it home.
